Other than a card, flowers and a box of chocolate
What are some good gift ideas for a one-year anniversary?
For a guy, a nice watch is a great gift. You can have it engraved. For a woman, a nice necklace is great, or a bracelet, or earrings. If you don%26#039;t have much ca$h to spend, write a heartfelt card or letter to him or her, about how this past year has changed your life. I also like homemade CD%26#039;s.
Reply:If the gift is for a woman, Try cooking a romantic candle lit dinner of two, get a dozen red roses (if you don%26#039;t have much cash get them at wal-mart they are about 12 bucks WITH tax)... then well let your imagination go from there...

Reply:Anniversary of what? If it%26#039;s marriage, then it would be %26#039;paper%26#039; or %26#039;clocks%26#039; (paper is old, clocks are the new).
It really depends on the relationship. What kinds of things have you gotten her in the past? Jewelry is always nice, and it doesn%26#039;t have to be outrageous either - principally, it%26#039;s the thought that counts.
For instance, on my year anniversary I hand made a plaque (paper insert) for completing one year of marriage (with cutesy inside stuff, of course) and a gift card to a massage at the same place where we got married.
The more intimate, the better it is.
