What could my husband do for our one year anniversary?

He wants some idea%26#039;s because he told me he was going to get a hotel and then he would probably get some flowers for me and even chocolates, romance isn%26#039;t really his thing.

What could my husband do for our one year anniversary?
The one year anniversary is traditionally Paper and the more modern symbolic gift is a clock. I think the clock is insult. As if to say, i%26#039;m just watching time go by now that we%26#039;re married, anticipating the embrace of the grave. I think the physical challenge is a more meaningful gift. If your husband is not yet a bald man perhaps he can get the phrase %26quot;one year%26quot; shaved into his head in tribute. Or perhaps growing a long beard signifying the roman numeral one. These are highly romantic gestures but not to american unsophisticated sensibilities. maybe he should just get you a clock. or an action park to visit? helicopter lessons? i hope i have been assistance.
Reply:Tell him to do a web search, it won%26#039;t be that romantic if you have to tell him what to do, and there are a lot of good websites!
Reply:He has to plan a surprise. Give him a list of 20, from dinner at a fench restaurant, to a Broadwya show. Amybe even a ride on the Staen Island ferry fol.owed by a dinner in Chinatown, or maybe a visit to the zoo....thing You like.
Reply:Have him recreate a moment from your honeymoon. A particular place or something you did together. Congrats on the 1st anniversary. May you have many more!!
Reply:He could take some vacation time off from work and take you on a %26quot;honeymoon%26quot; vacation. I would say let him surprise you with the destination, but if he%26#039;s not too hip about romantic things maybe you ought to help him out with a couple of hints. :o)
Reply:Cruise to the carribbean!
Reply:What ever he decides to do should be good enogh as long as it comes from his heart
Reply:Unless you make some input, it could be hotel shagging.
Reply:Honey if you want a hotel go for it once you have kids you will never get a quiet moment. Or he could try a bed and breakfast those are nice. Just be sure it is something you will always remember. I%26#039;m not sure where you live but cabins are nice with the hot tubs and some of them can be very nice and not to expensive. Hope you both have a wonderful anniversary with many more to come.
Reply:um - why is this only about HIM doing something for the anniversary, you spoiled twat?
Reply:go out to dinner and dancing.or horse back riding.
Reply:A simle dinner, like beside a beach.. most people during annivesaries go out to a fancy restaurant but, try somewhere quite and wind blows in your ears like the beach or in a resort, stay for a whole weekend.
